Igal Feibush began his career in the early 1990s and, at the age of 25, founded Citi Habitats, Inc., which became New York City’s fastest-growing residential real estate brokerage at the time. The company expanded to more than 600 agents across eleven offices and developed a strong commercial investment sales division. He founded Stone Canyon Capital Partners in 2006, a privately held real estate opportunity fund that has completed more than $3 billion in transactions across residential, hospitality, and industrial assets. Projects have included a two-million-square-foot industrial park outside Atlanta, fourteen branded hotels, and over $1.5 billion in residential developments.

In addition to his roles at Pennsylvania Data Center Partners and Stone Canyon Capital Partners, Feibush serves as Managing Partner at North Bay Development Group, further expanding his reach in real estate investment and development. He has also served as an investor, board member, and mentor to multiple operating companies and start-ups.

Beyond his business ventures, he is deeply engaged in philanthropic causes, including support for the State of Israel and advocacy against antisemitism. He is a past Co-Chairman of the Young Real Estate Division of the UJA-Federation of New York. He has also guided Pennsylvania Data Center Partners in supporting initiatives that strengthen communities across Pennsylvania. The company has partnered with the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank to help raise awareness about hunger and food insecurity by sponsoring initiatives such as Harrisburg Pack-a-Thon during Hunger Action Month.
