Igal Feibush is a veteran real estate developer, investor, and owner with a career spanning over three decades. As Founder and CEO of Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, he oversees the company’s overall strategy, planning, and growth. Under his leadership, the firm utilizes its proprietary “Site, Power, Build” approach that combines strategic land acquisition to optimize site selection and design, integration with public utilities to ensure seamless connectivity and power procurement, and state-of-the-art construction practices, rooted in sustainability, to deliver mission-critical environments at scale and speed.
This model accelerates time-to-market amid the growing demand for AI and cloud infrastructure, enabling the training and deployment of generative AI models.
Igal Feibush began his career in the early 1990s and, at the age of 25, founded Citi Habitats, Inc., which became New York City’s fastest-growing residential real estate brokerage at the time. The company expanded to more than 600 agents across eleven offices and developed a strong commercial investment sales division. He founded Stone Canyon Capital Partners in 2006, a privately held real estate opportunity fund that has completed more than $3 billion in transactions across residential, hospitality, and industrial assets. Projects have included a two-million-square-foot industrial park outside Atlanta, fourteen branded hotels, and over $1.5 billion in residential developments.
In addition to his roles at Pennsylvania Data Center Partners and Stone Canyon Capital Partners, Feibush serves as Managing Partner at North Bay Development Group, further expanding his reach in real estate investment and development. He has also served as an investor, board member, and mentor to multiple operating companies and start-ups.
Beyond his business ventures, he is deeply engaged in philanthropic causes, including support for the State of Israel and advocacy against antisemitism. He is a past Co-Chairman of the Young Real Estate Division of the UJA-Federation of New York. He has also guided Pennsylvania Data Center Partners in supporting initiatives that strengthen communities across Pennsylvania. The company has partnered with the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank to help raise awareness about hunger and food insecurity by sponsoring initiatives such as Harrisburg Pack-a-Thon during Hunger Action Month.

On July 15, 2025, Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, announced a $15 billion joint venture with PowerHouse Data Centers, the fifth-largest data center developer in the United States, to build three hyperscale campuses in Central Pennsylvania. The flagship development, Pennsylvania Digital 1 (PAX-1), is situated on a 700-acre site in Carlisle and will deliver 1.35 GW of capacity, with the potential for scalability up to 1.8 GW. The master plan includes three campuses, each with a dedicated 450 MW substation, supported by robust fiber connectivity with direct peering to Ashburn, Virginia. The announcement took place at the Pennsylvania Energy and Innovation Summit in Pittsburgh, with Feibush participating in a roundtable with President Donald Trump, Senator Dave McCormick, global business leaders, investors, labor representatives, and state and local officials.

The project will create sustainable jobs, upgrade roads and the power grid at no cost to residents and generate significant tax revenue for long-lasting economic growth in Carlisle and Central Pennsylvania.
