Avi Reichental is an Israeli-American investor, entrepreneur, and proactive inventor with more than 35 patents to his name. He is the Chairman and CEO of XponentialWorks, a venture investment, advisory and product development company he founded in 2015.
Reichental is also Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Nexa3D, General Partner at Cognitiv Ventures, and Chairman of Nano Dimension. He is a pioneer and thought leader in the 3D printing industry.

Reichental served as President and CEO of 3D Systems for 12 years. During his tenure, the company became one of the world’s leading 3D printing providers. 3D Systems was the recipient of several honors, such as Forbes’ 13th Most Innovative Growth Company worldwide in 2014. In 2013, it was the fifth fastest-growing venture in the United States, with revenue and market valuation increasing every year. Reichental also sat on the board of directors of Harman International until it was acquired by Samsung Electronics.
In addition to his business ventures, Reichental is an XPRIZE Foundation board member where he helps encourage the development of technologies that benefit humanity. He also serves as a trustee of the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, and a core faculty member at Singularity University. The university runs a startup accelerator and a think tank that help entrepreneurs better understand and apply advanced technologies.

Avi Reichental was born in Israel and moved to the United States in his early 20s. He joined Sealed Air Corporation in 1981 and held various positions there for more than two decades, including as vice president. He served as the CEO and President of 3D Systems from 2003 to 2015, and then founded XponentialWorks. The venture investment firm is headquartered in Ventura, California and focuses on businesses in the fields of robotics, AI, deep learning, and 3D printing. In 2016, Reichental became Chairman of the Board of Centaur Analytics, a company he founded that same year, based in the US and Greece. Centaur Analytics develops and markets end-to-end solutions for the Internet of Crops. By developing a technology-based post-harvest quality chain, the company aims to maintain crop quality while reducing losses, enhancing trust and maximizing profit.

Since 2017 Reichental has been CEO of Techniplas Digital and Vice Chairman of the board of Techniplas, a leader in the global arena of automotive product and service design and manufacturing. In the same year he became Chairman of the board at Nano Dimension, an additive manufacturing company based in Israel.
At the start of 2018, Reichental became General Partner at Cognitiv Ventures, a $100 million investment fund that channels its resources towards early-stage companies in fields such as digital manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and robotics. In October 2018, Centaur Analytics secured $3 million from a consortium of investors.
