Jocelyn Goldfein is an American entrepreneur based in San Francisco, California. In 1997, Jocelyn Goldfein received a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Stanford University and spent seven years at VMware, an American cloud computing and virtualization technology company, after graduating. 

Business Ventures

Goldfein is interested in technology with the power to transform industries. She is also passionate about cloud infrastructure DevOps, supply chain & logistics and security. Meanwhile, throughout her time at Facebook, she assisted in converting the News Feed to Machine Learning and led the development to a “mobile-first” product organization. 

As an engineer for VMware, Goldfein was part of a team that built core virtualization tech. As a result, theVMware’s Desktop Business Unit, a $150M line of business was launched.
